TWO OR THREE COLOURS/INKS:

This card uses two custom inks - Burgundy and Grey. When two or three custom mixed (PANTONE) inks are used they can't be printed in combination with another company's cards hence they are slightly more expensive than the Full Colour range.

This card is 'blind embossed'
(embossed in a blank area).

METALLIC FOIL:

The card above has a logo stamped in a silver foil (chrome look).

Specialty finishes such as foiling and embossing can add anywhere from $100 to $500 to a project. For this reason Premium Cards are rarely ordered in quantities under 1000 of each card.

FULL COLOUR CARDS: to keep the cost of colour cards down they are combo printed on a sheet of 20 other cards. As a result the setup costs for the one ganged sheet are leveraged across the 20 cards making it a much cheaper alternative to running the cards on their own sheet.

NOTE: the weekly run of ganged sheets are closed off at midday Tuesday and ready for collection on Friday afternoon.

NOTE: Because we can only change colour tolerances for one column of cards (not one individual card position) colour accuracy is fair but not perfect - we've found this not to be an issue for the vast majority of clients as the cost of printing a small quantity of cards by themselves is extremely cost prohibitive.
